Fantastic style and game for Game Jam! I mistakenly spent several minutes trying to climb all of the trees, well because they're trees? Took a while to figure to climb the wall... Haha. Loved the music too... like taking a salt bath in gameboy green water.

Awesome game demo ... would suggest—on a future update—that you apply transparency to the treetops in foreground as they partly obstruct gameplay / action a bit when battling in the lower region of the screen ... but yeah... great music, sound fx... fantastic project! Keep it going!🍕
